Route 9 Closure After Crash Expected To Last Through Late Afternoon

A stretch of Route 9 is closed after an overnight crash in which a vehicle damaged a utility pole on Tuesday, Jan. 29.

The closure is near the Irvington-Dobbs Ferry border between Langdon Avene and Ardsley Avenue West.

Motorists should follow the posted detours and expect delays. Due to ongoing utility repairs, the closure is expected to last at least until 4 p.m. Tuesday, officials in Irvington said.
